My wife and I recently moved into Brookwood Village, which is managed by Palermo Real Estate. We have been extremely happy with our townhouse which is spacious and was in immaculate condition when we moved in. We have been especially pleased an impreseed with palermo's rapid responses to what few repair requests we have made. Two requests were taken care of the same business day we called and the third the next business day. Never before, in all the years we have lived in condominums or rental units, have we received such outstanding service.

My wife and I would recommend highly living in Brookwood Village. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Take pictures and keep documentation when you move out! I didn't have too many problems while I lived there, but am being refused my security deposit return or "damages". The townhouse was in better shape when I left than when I moved in, and I am quite confident they haven't put any money into the place since I moved out. Just beware and know you will have to fight to get your deposit back.

The honeymoon will end when you move out. Did you noticed that your garage walls are not painted? In winter your car will drag in snow, that melts and is sucked up by those unpainted drywall walls. When you move that damage will be adjudicated to you. When you move out they will require you to paint the apartment (you will be forbidden to wash walls, but at least they will provide touch up paint), steam clean the carpets; even if you mantained the place spotless, you received the carpets dirty and keep a clean household. These details you do not know now, because they are not part of the lease contract, but will be forced upon you when you leave. When you get hit by them...then come back to your post and let others know your post lease experience and state whether you got your deposit back or not.
