This apartment area is occupied primarily by divorcees with kids on the weekend or by scores of college students coming and going at all hours. It used to be a rather quiet place to live, but it has transformed into another "party" site. If you're young and you have a lot of friends, these spacious townhouses with laundry facility and in-ground pool are for you. Otherwise, seek your peace elsewhere.
