My heating bill was through the roof b/c it was so drafty. Can't say I was ever warm unless I ran the space heater. Same with the A/C in the summer- never got cool; When I moved in they never cleaned the downstairs bath- it had nail polish and toothpaste, etc all in the cabinets and on the sink. They stole my security deposit and the boss is a jerk. He lives in ohio but "manages" the place here in Erie. You can have pets under his nose - everyone does. Lots of kids running circles around the buildings and making noise, even after dark. It was a pretty area, trees and such. In a nice neighborhood. The bedrooms are unequal with one being twice the size of the other - kind of unfair when sharing with a roommate. Did enjoyed the fenced in patio with garden area. Nice privacy. The pool is closed from 5p to 6p so don't try to go swimming after work. They have a lifeguard but it is questionable as to whether she could save your life since she is never paying attention to anyone in the pool. The dryers always take 2 rounds to get your clothes dry so you wind up paying twice. Garbage is kind of far to dump it. Like the mail being delivered inside your house. Lots of people smoke and you can smell the cigs in your apartment even when the windows are closed. It's an okay place.
