The main thing that bothered me about this place was the staff and maintainance. Anytime something broke or needed to be done, I had to ask multiple times to get bad service.

The place was still a decent place to stay. Very quite, reasonable price, nice layout, decent community, and overall the heat/electric bills were good. The back patio area is very nice, but my gf and I had to dedicate a lot of time to making the patio look nice, since we recieved no help from maintainance. They just recently installed new laundry facilities that run much more efficiently.
