The worse place I have ever lived!

Years at this apartment: 1999-01-01 - 2000-01-01
Broken windows, broken porch, no air conditioning, NOT MAINAINED AT ALL! The apartment was not cleaned before we moved in, and I had an allergic reaction to the dog that had been there before, we went for four months without hot water, the toilet leaked all over the carpeted bathroom. We constantly brought these problems up to the apartment manager, but they went unfixed until we finally just left. Yes it was affordable, but I wouldn't live there again if they paid me to.
