Hole in shower ceiling was suppose to be fixed before we moved in- it now leaks and has grown 4 times its original size. Never responded to complaints the first 5 months, and never followed through on repairs. There are other holes in the walls (including by the water heater) and doors. They had increased our rent from the original quote due to the 'new' appliances they said they were putting in- all apliances are old, particularly evident by the leaking dishwasher. Need I go on?

Oh, they are affordable....
