Not that great -- but has small advantages

Let's put this simply: You get what you pay for. Granada certainly has its advantages and disadvantages. Your experience may be determined by luck, too, as the apartments vary in condition and your neighbors will be an important piece.
Advantages:
- Cheap rent
- Great location; just minutes from two interstates and Peach St. (shopping)
- Lots of parking with decently sized spaces
Disadvantages:
- Thin walls and ceilings, which means it can be noisy at times
- Strange mix of college students, lower income people, older folks
- Maintenance requests aren't often fixed in a timely manner
- Common areas can seem dirty
- Doesn't always seem completely safe
Granada provides cheap rent, adequate space, and a great location. The question is, do you want to live in a below average place to save on price?
