I recently moved & they have been extremely hard to deal with. I had wanted to extend my lease for 2 weeks due to my schooling & they had said that it wouldn't be a problem when I first moved in. Well afterwards they refused to prorate my rent, charged for a full month & on top of it they are charged me an $80 fee for extending my lease (2 weeks!). I could see if I was a bad tenant, but I lived there for 4 years without any problems and paid my rent months in advance at a time.

The property manager, Linda is very rude & unprofessional. She told me that if I didn't like the policy then I should just move out & implied that I was 'retarded'. She swore several times over the phone and even hung up on me on 2 occasions. When I attempted to call back to ask her questions, she threatened to call the police for harassment! I couldn't believe this woman, she is very unstable and insulting.

After moving out, they kept my entire security deposit and tried charging me above and beyond for completely false accusations. I had to get a lawyer involved just to avoid paying the extra money.

My advice is that although the price looks tempting, stay as far away as humanly possible. They are nothing but lying crooks with poor people and management skills. I wouldn't wish for my enemies to live there.
