Completely RUDE and INCOMPETANT office staff and maintenance. Especially one woman named Barb who was extremely rude to us. They are definetely not interested in helping you once you have signed the lease. They do not respond to problems and tell you that you you're on your own if they even respond to you at all. The common areas are disgusting and always smell. There are no updates and things are never cleaned. It is inexpensive rent and it shows!! Neighbors are loud throughout the complex and people blast music at all hours of the night and day.
