The people working in the office are quite stupid and apathetic. They don't care about the tenants are are only concerned with collecting rent and the unreasonable fees they charge for things. The hallways will make you sick from the smell--not a nice thing to come home to every day after work. I lived in a first floor apartment and had a lot of trouble with noise from above above and below. When the people above walked it sounded like an elephant stampeed in the ------- Saharah. People downstairs would constantly yell and scream at eachother until all hours of the night. Granada accepts no complaints for noise and they tell you to call the police.

When i first moved in i had a huge list of things that needed fixed. I don't think they even went through the place after the previous tenant left. No fresh paint, the carpets had stains, leaky drains and broken sliding door with no lock.

There are a lot of thugs living there and police seem to be there regularly. There have been more than a few times when I did not feel safe and that's why I got a permit to carry a firearm.

You'd be better off going to one of Pastore's complexes. Alpine village is about 2 minutes away for about the same price and a much nicer area and tenants. I had a freind who lived their and they are nice.

The only plus about Granada is that because they are so horrible they have an extemely high turnover rate and you can pretty much get an apartment any time.
