This is the worst apartments I lived ever.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I lived there for 6 months from Feb. 2005 - July 2005 for a project. I only used one room and vaccum room for almost every week. After I left for one month, they send me part of security deposit. I just list the what they charged me here. It can tell everything:

Check out fee: $35.00
Cleaning: $87.00 (3 1/2 HRS@25.00 per hour)
Carpet cleaning: $90.00
Paint: $40.00
Total Charges $252.00
