Granada has been the worst place I have ever lived. My college dorm rooms were less disruptive and more clean that this place. It is extremely dirty. They claimed they had the rugs cleaned before we moved it, but the smell was so bad, it took about a week to air it out. I also had purchased a steam buster, and I tested it out on the carpet and the water came up completely brown. I know within a week we had not tracked in that much dirt. The walls and ceilings are so thin, you can hear your neighbors a little too well. If you have a maintenance problem, they don't really seem to care or respond in any sort of timely fashion. The office tends to "lose" track of your checks that you sent in, even though they had been cashed out already. People do not clean up after themselves, nor are they courteous of their neighbors. People scream, honk horns at any time of the day or night. It is not unusual to have firetrucks run throught the apartment complex. Our heat and AC worked, but not very well. The windows are not insulated in the least. The laundry facilites are not clean, people leave lint, clothes and whatever else they desire on the floors. Our "securtiy" doors had not worked at all from the day we moved in. You could just pull the door open with no need for the key they give you.
