I have lived here for 6 years and I enjoy the neighbors as well as the area. I have never felt threatened or unsafe here. Despite all the bad rumors and mishaps, that is exactly what they are. Maintence are not too bad. It might take a day or two to get something fixed, hey thats ok! Out of all these apartments and only take two days, that pretty good! Grant it did forget to order a part for my dishwasher, but I called and reminded them. It was fixed.
