they will try and scam you of your money. we pay rent ont time every month and out of no where Tim says we did not pay on time and charges 50 dollars. we have our pay stub and everything along with a hard copy receipt that the receptionist holds. When confronted about it Tim said he already looked in the books and could not find any receipt and would not show us the book to look in. This is absolutly ridiculous we have been nothing but could tenants and are always on time. I have never felt so cheated in my life and i hope that no one has to go through what we are going through.

We were also almost scammed for a full months rent even BEFORE we moved in.
