2nd worst apartment ever.

My wife and I moved into Granada the first of January 2005 at building 15. It's the worst building they have (and that's saying something). There's mold and fungus growing in and on the carpet and walls in the basment level and laundry facilities. There's a serious crime problem in the entire area. I would see police there no less than once a week. The maintenance crew is usually drunk and careless with shoddy workmanship and it would take anywhere from three to ten calls spanning a few weeks or months to get anything fixed. We had a hole in our bathroom ceiling caused by a leaking upstairs toliet for 2 years that they neglected to repair. They always raise the rent every year and you'll never see your security deposit back. Unless you're a drug dealer or really hard up for cash (ie. living in a cardboard box) I would recomend that you not even bother to consider living in this place.
