I have never lived in an apartment that costs as much as it does for how horable the place is. A lot of people think that this would be a nice place, it has a pool and "security doors", a "crime watch" and all of this is bull. Half the time the pool is shut down. The security doors on my building were broken or other tenents would keep them propped open to let their friends in wheneverm they wanted and maintnence NEVER done anything about this. on top of that there was a sex affender (you can find out this info at www.familywatchdog.com) living in my building who they never warned me about. Being a 20 year old mother of a 2 year old this was pretty scary to find out with their being no security in the building. I am a bartender and coming home sometimes at 2 or 3 in the morning and seeing and listening to the drunken rages, people screaming and yelling, one incident a man trying to stab a woman.... WHERE WERE THE POLICE''

The only positive thing I can say about granada is there was good parking when there wasnt glass shatered all over the parking lot.

I live at granada apts. now and I completely agree with you. There is no security since you can come in through the back doors which are unlocked. I thought this was a safe building and place to live but I came to find out that it isn't.The maintenance completely sucks and they have no clue what they are doing. The place to me just looks and feels creepy now. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
