I moved here a year ago to attend LECOM. It is very convenient to the school as well as to shopping on Peach St. The buildings are old but they seem to be kept up well. I haven t had any major problems. When I call for maintenance they are usually there in a few days depending on what the problem is. It s an okay place to live for what you pay.
