GRANADA IS A SLUM

I totally agree with every bad revue that i"ve read. Granada is a SLUM!!! When i moved in my apt smelled like cat urine, and i found animal dropings stuck to the carpet in several places.The windows fall out,no screens,drawers fall apart easily. Trying to get anything fixed is impossible.When a hot water tank upstairs blew and flooded my apt it took over 2 hours for anyone to do anything about it.All they did was bring me a carpet extracter and a big fan which they left at my door for me to use. They did come back for the carpet machine but left the huge fan here for over 4 months.Theirs nothing for children to do here and when they try to play outside the management complains. This is the worst place i have ever lived and i will tell anyone who is thinking about moving here to Run in the oppiset direction!The manager Tim is lazy,rude and an all around jerk,the person who answers the phone has no customer service skills what so ever.PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE
