These are the most unsafe apartments that you will encounter in the area. You probably think that you will save money, but the truth is, you will loose on your privacy and security. Point is, better pay more and be safe. My family's safety was compromised when someone tried breaking into the apartment at 11PM. They already unlocked the bottom lock, but didn't get to the dead lock. It shows that the maintenance failed to maintain the outside security door that would prevent the entry in the first place. The office people are rude and look at you like a lowlife and with no respect whatsoever. The fat cow that works down there knows nothing but MOOOOO.

The landlord Jeff is kinda gayish looking and will leave you wondering what the hell is he really. They just had one building burned because of their lack of maintenance. All of the fire extinguishers have never been checked and/or signed. They have no handicap access. So if you are in a wheelchair, you are out of luck, because the management thinks that all people are able to walk. The whole area is infested with crooks and other forms of low life. Where ever you turn, people look at you like they want to kill you.

The area is thrashed because people just don't care about their surroundings. Also, the driveways are not maintained and are full of pot holes. Don't think about rolling in in your Mercedes because you will NOT roll out in a good condition. Have money saved up for new shocks.

When it comes to buildings, they pretty much stink. Literary and formally. The windows are not sealed properly so you will be shelling out money during winter unless you improvise something...like siliconing all around your windows, or taping...don't bother with maintenance, once again. They told us to put clothes around it. Pathetic how they think.

Our bathroom doesn't have hot water for more than five minutes. I don't know about you, but I can't wash my nuts in five minutes, let alone my whole body. Once again maintenance fails to realize that. We told them to change the heathers in the boiler, and one maint. guy said that that is the problem, and the other said that it wasn't the problem. So we are still heating our water on a stove. Sometimes I like living like an animal...makes putting holes in my walls easier. Hey, I'm never gonna get my deposit back, so might as well give them a reason to use it. NO HOT WATER!!!'' NO WALLS!!!!

Perhaps I have gone insane as you can see, but this place makes you insane. All the injustice that happens here is unbearable for one delicate human being. I thought about moving, but in this economy it is hard.

One last thing...
There are sex offenders living here from what we've heard from other tenants.

I agree with you 100%!!! I am unfortunate to live up here too....and I can't move either yet and I can't wait for the day that I can....and yes there are definitely sex offenders up here...I looked them up before, and one lives in the building next to me and the other one lives down the road..funny the one that lives down the road before i knew he was a sex offender, i was walking by and he asked if i wanted to come upstairs and look at the cool stuff he got...he goes through the dumpsters all the time....awesome stuff.

I also agree with every complaint you have!!! I was lucky enough to get out of Granada in Feb.My electric recepticals were hanging out of the wall in my boys bedroom and maintenance said to prop something up against it to hold it there.WOW I cant believe something wasnt done to shut the place down after that fire!!!!!
