When we moved in 11 months ago we made a list of things that were broken. We were told they would be fixed. They have yet to be fixed. We were told that there was no mold, guess again...black mold fills the entire building. The building itself is shifting causing cracks in the walls and ceiling, that I am sure will come out of my security deposit. The porch is rickety and is a safety hazard. Last winter the roof leaked causing quite a mess in the stairwell and also a section that looks as if it will fall in any day now. Again, this has not been fixed. There is a pool that we are suposed to be able to use, but has not opened yet (late September). The appliances are also very old wasting a considerable amount of electricity.
Really the tenants aren't too bad, besides a few yahoos but you will find them anywhere.
