Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Absolutely no maintenance! Buildings with broken windows and rotting porches never fixed. Basements flood and drains are clogged making laundry washing impossible.
Weeds everywhere. No one in leasing office.

Landlord has not paid utilities bill. Buildings are being shut down on Sept. 6th.
