Yes, parking is not the greatest. There is no air conditioning and yes, maybe a tad to pricey But, Management does let you put in your own A/C you can have pets, it's close to schools, shopping, Presque Isle etc.. my neighbors are quiet and respectful. If I had a problem, maint. was there in a heartbeat. I was always given a reciept for my rent. I do believe, this place has a lot of potential. It's an old complex built around 1917. So give it a chance.
