Hands Down the best place to rent in Erie! First off the location is perfect; right off I-79, I-90, Bayfront Connector, and 12th st. It's one of the few places in Erie that allow pets at a decent rate and you're right next to Frontier Park and Presque Isle Sate Park! The apartments are all newly renovated and the staff is great to work with. The complex has a calm and quiet feel the way it's tucked at the end of W 10th st. Great place for young professionals or college students. I could see why some older folks might get discouraged from Landmark due to parking and the garbage parts of it, but if you're young and in shape, it's hardly an issue. The staff is always willing to work with you and maintenance can fix a problem quick.
