Appears good for first few weeks until you realize your payin probly $100-$200 to much. Parking is bad due to limited space. also in the winter sidewalks and roads stay worse than an ice rink. the apartment is very poorly and cheaply put together things break and fall apart in a hurry. maintenance is quick to respond but with such poor and cheap apartments not much they can do. Apartments are very small for the price. pets are allowed which is a plus. if you can avoide coming here the price you pay isnt worth it you could get a better apartment or even house for the price. the apartment monthly is worth about $350-$400 maintenance is worth maybe $25-$50 a month you actually pay $625 so thats about $200 overpay.
