I was almost a charter-renter here. The place was brand new and is beautiful, if you?re into the city-living, industrial look. Exposed beams, new appliances... All good.

Negatives include noise. You can hear your neighbor?s every move. Repeated complaints didn?t do much to solve the problem. Other major negative is their proprietary phone system. You pay the Lovell Place folks and have very few options. Of course this was 2 years ago, maybe it?s different now.

Off-street, gated parking is excellent. New, laundry facilities.

Lovell Place is a great concept and would be awesome in a great city. Erie is no great city. There?s not much in the way of dining or entertainment within walking distance... Which in a Seattle or a San Francisco, would be the whole point of choosing to live in the city.
