Unless you want your pictures falling from your walls because of neighbor's sound systems and you enjoy living in 50 degree or 90 degree aparments find somewhere else to live! The architecture of the place is very cool and the safety/ rent is good. However, I have had to leave my apartment for nights or even weekends at a time when air conditioning broke causing my apartment's large windows to heat it up to 85-90 degrees. And even more often- the heat goes out causing my apartment to be 50 degrees or less but thermostats aren't real accurate when they go down that low! Management says there is "nothing they can do about it". Obviously THEY don't live in this part of the building (phase 2) where these problems occur!
