Everything about this place is a joke. The apartments look cool on the inside, but be prepared to spend a fortune heating your apartment because the windows are so inefficent. The walls are really thin, so be prepared to hate your life if you have a loud neighbor because the management company won't do anything about it. I complained on several occasions because a loud neighbor was waking me up with his music every morning, and management basically told me there was nothing they could do. The gated parking is a joke. They charge way too much per month, and the gate is open half the time anyway. Snow removal and maintainence are OK, except you have to pay if your lightbulbs go out (my new apartment complex manamgement thought this was outrageous). Location is nice if you like to be in downtown Erie, but with the train tracks so close and sirens going off all the time, its pretty loud.
