Unfriendly staff

The building itself is ok, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the women that answer the phone at Spiegel Mgt. are very curt and condescending. Maintenance gets the job done, but most are very impolite. Sometimes I think they all forget that WE pay their salary. They don t allow indoor pets, and the building is often very dirty.
