I moved out of Northview Heights in March 08. I had no problems there! I loved my apartment, my building was pretty quiet and the people in the office were always very friendly and professional with me. I read a review about the snowplowing and I remember one day in the winter of 07-08. We did get a ton of snow in 24 hrs (almost 3 ft) and the parking lot didn't get plowed until later in the day (I don't think it was 3 days...I would have been screaming). I remember that day well. I also spoke to the office about it...they were on the phone with the plow subcontractor when I walked in. I heard the one manager giving them heck. So it looks like it was the plow guy's fault...seemed like the management wasn't directly responsible. After she hung up she told me if that happened again, she was getting a new plow subcontractor for next year. Wonder if they did'
