The apartments and customer service are sub-standard. Maintenance is done as cheap as possible, if at all. The buildings are set up poorly and it amazes me that they pass fire inspection. The employees have been either rude or creepy. Fleas and other critters have been problems. The apartments are poorly insulated and you can see the blinds blowing in the breeze that comes in through closed windows.
