I can tell you honestly that one of there current employees says they are "THEIVES"!
Don't trust smooth talking "BRUCE"! The Sons are "LAZY"! The Staff is never helpful!

Lets now get into the simple facts...the apt looks great, the decking is great but, it is COLD all year inside, BAD DUCT WORK, CARPET WORK IS POOR, WINDOWS BARELY OPEN, FORGET ABOUT GETTING OUT OF YOUR DRIVE IN THE WINTER THEY NEVER PLOW, FORGET ABOUT LANDSCAPING, I have seen cleaner in NYC, THEY ARE SLOW TO RESPOND TO ASSIST WITH PROBLEMS, they are CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP, and will CUT Cost and STEAL YOUR $$$$$$$

NEVER RENT FROM A PALERMO...Should I recommend...Caesar Lombardozzi, Keith O'Baker, Maleno's....MUCH MUCH BETTER.

I am a student and a warning to all other students...STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY you will see your tuition $$$$ flushed away.
