Frauds!!

Do not rent from these money sucking people!! They expect their place to look like Martha Stewart but give you a crap hole when you move in. I paid professional cleaners and my place was immaculate when I left. However they ding everyone for painting, cleaning and repairs that they never do!!! I suggest everyone submit them with a 1099 form and have the IRS eval these people and leave the place a crap whole with no forwarding address. You will lose your deposit and then some!
