do not live here . beware!! no matter how well you maintain the apt. you WILL be ripped off on the security deposit. the rents are the highest in town, and the buildings are made of cardboard. when we moved out (the second our lease expired) the movers even told us not to expect any return of the secuity dep. they had moved many dissatisfied tenants from brookwood village, and never had anyone seen a return of all their deposit. our case was no different. this place is the worst i've ever lived in. stay away at all costs!!
