One of the few places in Erie that allows dogs, so if you have one, you are stuck. Other landlords could rent their apartments much easier and quicker if they allowed dogs. These townhouses are shabbily constructed, poorly maintained, and the management (Palermo) is rude and unresponsive. They also will find any excuse to keep your security deposit, even if you have kept the townhouse/apartment spotless.( which in this place is hard to do....it comes pretty grimey.) We've lived in many apartment complexes, and this is the worst.Look elsewhere if you can.
