Palermo is pure evil

When I talked with Bruce at Palermo i asked for an quiet apartment with no college students. He assured me that there were none in the building. He stated that there were 2 lawyers and a teacher. As it turned out i was the only non-student. There were keg parties every weekend, broken bottles everywhere, and vomit on the steps. Whenever i complained about the noise i was ignored or told it didn't happen. We also had no heat from December 24th - January 3rd. It is impossible to get your securrity deposit back. They are the worst landlords ever.
