I wish I was warned about renting from Palermo. I rented from them and find the staff to be rude and incompetent. I was told I was not allowed to be present at the final walk through b/c they needed an "objective point of view". Then when I got my security deposit back they completely stole about 40% of the money for so called painting and cleaning...despite the fact I left the apt. cleaner when I moved out then the way I found it and the apt. had not been painted in quite a long time. Absolutely do not live in one of their properties.
