Can you post your thoughts on your rental experience coming from someone who posted a perfect rating? I'm just about to sign a lease and want to know if you feel Bruce lied to you or held back information like having to pay to have use of the community features ie pool and exercise equipment? Also if you had a dog and your experience. I'm concerned. I just placed a security deposit for a 2 bedroom townhouse. Thanks

I can't say anything regarding Bruce and his truthfulness or lack there of. I can say however that there has aslways been an "association fee" to help wiht the upkeep of the property. The pool and the fitness equipment cost alot to maintain. THe grounds are also maintained by Palermos. I can tell you that I had 2 dogs when I lived there and I had no problems. Just remember to be considerate of all the tenents and pick up after your animals. I lived in Brookwood when Erie was hit with a LARGE snow storm. THe crew did a wonderful job with clearinf the roads and worked steady for about 14 hours straight. I know this becasue I was the manager at the time. Do I say that there are no issues? No. But the issues are minimized by the pros of the overall experience. No landlord is perfect but as long as they learn from past mistakes and take extra care to rectify them in the future then all is good. Shelly Davenport
