Never rent from Palermo! They are scam artists and find anything and everything to charge you for and they don't give security deposits back. They are incompetent and don't know how to run a business. They don't fix things when they are broken and they don't respond to their "24 hour emergency number". Save your money and the grief and go elsewhere!!!! They never do what they say they are going to do.

I've had clients live with Palmeros for years and not had a problem. I myself have rented from them for going on three years. I had to use the emergency pager once (furnace went out) and they called right back and had it fixed within an hour.

They never fix anything. We filed three maintainance requests for the same thing, yet no response. Finally, when we moved out, they charged it out of the deposit.

They are criminal. I hope that eventually they pay for the suffering they've inflicted on people
