When I moved in it wasn't bad at all. They had replaced almost all the carpets and there was fresh paint on the walls. We went with a 3 bedroom beause we wanted the side by side garage not the tandem. The first night we stayed there the thermostat wasn't working but they cam and fixed it the next day. We have been lucky in that we haven't had too many problems here so far. Our neighbors across the street have a basketball hoop and the kids play basketball all the time and its very annoying. We never here anything from our neighbor next door. There is no insulation under any of the entryways and we need to keep a blanket on the floor to keep the cold out in the winter.
My biggest concern; Several of my friends and neighors have moved out and each person has not received any of their security deposits back. One neighbor was charged $40 for a light bulb. It seems as though each persons charges from moving out adds up to be exactly how much their security deposit was. When I move out I am worried that they wont give back my deposit. In order to get it back you need to paint all the walls, have the carpets steam cleaned, and have the placed professionally cleaned. Even then they sometimes will charge you to "redo" the painting, cleaning and carpets. Think long and hard before you sign any contract and ask to have a lease sent to you so you can read it very closely. In the lease it states you are unable to put any holes in the walls, even for pictures without written permission from the office. Parking is ok for us but many people park in the streets and they are not supposed to. Some people even park across the street from your diveway and the street are very narrow so its hard to back out, it can take like a 6 point turn some times. Management threatens to tow these people but never goes through with it. The street lights work only occassionally, I'm not sure if they forget to pay the bill or what is going on, when not working its extremely dark and dangerous, Managemant doesn't seem to care when you call them.

Yep. $40 to replace a lightbulb. That's definitely Palermo. Do yourself a favor and avoid this loser like a plague

OR replace your own lightbulbs? Just a thought.
