Overall, I was disappointed in Palermo. I started out on bad terms because they gave me a dirty, damaged apartment AFTER I signed the lease. After that I started receiving utility bills that were monthly what my last rental was for six months plus a monthly "club fee" for facilities I never used. When I asked for maintenance on the worn out and damaged things from the last tenant they never responded. When I moved out they kept my security deposit claiming damages that were done by the previous tennant. Nice little racket when you think about it. Anyway, what is done is done, jus t thought I should warn others from ending up unhappy also.

they only keep your deposit if you leave the unit in crappy condition. Maybe you should learn to clean up after yourself. You can't live like a pig and blame people for charging to clean up your mess.

yeah right, that might apply to other landlords, not this one.

maybe we should cover the entire place in plastic sheets and just sleep there and not use anything. Even then we won't get our deposits they will blame us for previous tennant's ware and tear.

(1)it is against landlord tenant law to charge for wear and tear (2) make sure you submit a detailed list of what is wrong with the apartment when you move in and you won't have any problems.
