I communicated with Julie Palermo via e-mail and phone. Coming from out of town, I tried to get an appointment to view an apartment on a weekend. The office is only open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. How CONVENIENT! So I call on Thursday and schedule an appointment for Friday afternoon. After driving for two hours, I show up an hour ahead of schedule to be told that there are no more units available.....that Julie should have told me it was "first come, first served". Then I was told "sorry".
Maybe its just as well. The ratings of Palermo on this site are pretty bad. And the traffic getting out of the addition was horrific.

There is no such person as Julie Palermo that works or has worked for Palermo Reality & Development. Perhaps you're confusing us with one of our competitors. Or pehaps you were the victum of a cruel joke.
