Save yourself the time,energy,and money and look elsewhere.Trust me folks they don't give two shits about you,just your money.It could be a nice place but Palermo is nothing but a slumlord.THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!!

Dude = I second that! Never trust a website. I just moved to Erie, and based on their website actually considered this place. Looks great on the website, then drive through it - it's a joke. Not sure how one can even navigate a vehicle through there. The picture on the website of this great park that is nearby- -- it's the school's playground that is actually represented in the photo, not the actual park - that has equipment in it that looks like it's over 50 years old. HUGE MISREPRESENTATION ON WEB PAGE!!!

I totally agree. I just moved out and left the place in beautiful condition, and they not only kept my entire deposit but are trying to charge me on top of it. I'm sending them a demand letter, and if I'm not satisfied with their response, I'm filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General. If any of you are still angry, I suggest you file one too!
