After thoroughly cleaning the apartment, appliances, baths, etc. and shampooing the carpets, these people had the gall to keep the security deposit AND hand us a bill for the stuff that WE did. I would, most definitely, warn anybody away from using these people. Repairs were never made in a timely manner, if at all, when the office was called. Their maintenance people would have to come back several times, to repair problems, when they did come. And these same people, did the final walk thru. What a joke! It is my opionion that they run this ruse on many an unsuspecting individual, only to pad their bottom line. Any of the line items, in their supposed "bill" is tax deductable to them; ie $10 for 2 light bulbs that they were responsible for replacing anyhow! A rain gutter leaked outside the place and stained the floor in the basement. This was another "billable" item to them. Funny, as we had told them about it months ago! And on it goes.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
