We rented an apartment at Willowood drive. We lived there for a year, half the year we were out of town. They returned only half the deposit saying that they had to repaint the entire house. The paint was perfectly fine and there was absolutely no need to repaint. I am pretty certain that they would have rented out the apartment to the next person without painting.
