I would suggest renting these apartments if you are looking for a spacious / affordable place. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance fixes everything ASAP. For example, my fridge was leaking of friday night, by saturday morning I had a brand new fridge (even delivered it through the snow!!). The atmosphere is a mixture of LECOM students and professionals and is really quiet. I think that you would be almost insane if you passed this place up.
