I have lived at Royal Villa for a year and a half. I have found the manager to be quick to fix most issues and very pleasant to converse with face to face, but he is a bit short when speaking on his cell phone. The apartments do need some updating and I believe the owners are doing so, but at a slow rate. My only complaint is that I wish my apartment had new cupboards and closet doors, otherwise, I love living here.
