Hey everyone - this place is really bad - the maintence is really rudee especially the invididual who runs the place. they are not helpful at all - i am not sure why so many people wrote so many good comments about it! remember anyone could write these good comments including apartment people themselves therefore please be careful where you stay - cause once you sign the lease you are stuck in horrible rotten placel like royal villa!
