Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived here for one year (this was in 2006-2007). I had a nice two bedroom apartment. I never had any issues with the management or apartment. I had trouble with my water heater once and it was fixed immediately. Affordable rent for the area. There were laundry facilities in the building (2 washers/2 dryers for 12 apartments). I rarely had to wait for the w/d. The residents kept the area very clean. The apartments are composed of 50-70% LECOM students (I was one of them) with a few middle aged-elderly. Overall I was happy here.
