I couldn't ask for a better apartment. I have lived here for years & am very happy. The parking is ample & during winter, the parking lot is well maintained & cleared of snow. I have been very impressed with the snow removal. The grounds are beautiful & well cared for & I love my balcony. The grounds are always clean & grass & bushes trimmed. FLowers are also on the grounds which add nice splashes of color. They have as much nature as they can. The pool is well maintained & very clean. My apartment itself is large & spacious w/minimal noise. Many times, it's been so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Any maintenance problems I've had have been taken care of sometimes immediately & on the spot. THe office staff are exceptional & take all matters seriously & are always happy to help & answer questions. My neighbors are all nice & friendly people & some have lived here for many years. The rent is reasonable & I am very happy here.
