Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Carpet is cheap and balls up... Quite a few burglaries lately, but management is agressively seeking a solution. Walls are not as sound proofed as claimed. I?m woken up every morning by neighbors. Constant outside lighting is annoying, but probably limits some of the crime.
